Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please be aware that shipping times are an estimate only, and Coco + Moss cannot be held responsible for delays due to extreme weather, issues with shipping companies and postal delivery carriers, and high volume of mail during busy times of the year. We will do our best to give timely estimates but once items leave our hands, there is not much else we can do.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free economy shipping within the continental USA. This can usually take anywhere from 3-7 days once it is posted.

We also offer three-day, two-day and one-day shipping methods for affordable prices. These shipping options are quoted in checkout when shipping information has been submitted. (Please keep in mind that the shipping time guarantees have been suspended due to the global pandemic, and may not be entirely accurate at this time).

International Shipping

We offer international shipping all over the world. 

At this time though, due to shipping partner restrictions, we do not ship to:

This list will be updated as necessary. Should you reside in one of these listed countries and make an order with Coco + Moss, we reserve the right to cancel your order as it cannot be fulfilled.

 

International shipping rates are calculated during checkout once the residential address is entered.


How do I check the status of my order?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Coco + Moss is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cocoandmoss.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available at this time. Coco + Moss reserve the right to cancel any orders with a P.O box as the shipping destination.
