Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
* Gift cards
* Custom made orders
To complete your return, we will need to match your information to a competed order.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Items with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, or one damaged/missing parts after being removed from original packaging.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified by email that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have been approved for a refund it may take some time before your refund will show in your bank account.
If your refund still has not been received after 10 business days, please contact us at email@example.com. You may also need to contact your bank.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a photo of the defect/damage at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then be in touch to facilitate an exchange (if applicable).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Items will only be refunded to the original purchaser in any other cases.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless it was sent to you with free shipping.
If you are returning an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Coco + Moss does not take responsibility for return items lost in transit.
